What is a Wiki
According to Wikipedia: A wiki is a type of website that allows users to easily add and edit content and is especially suited for collaborative writing. It’s use on this site is to create articles about frequently asked questions in the forum i.e. tubs v clinchers, flying with bikes, Ironman Pacing or anything that you like! You can see all the current pages in the wiki by clicking on the Title List in the left hand sidebar.
In order to edit pages correctly you need to follow certain wiki formatting guidelines.
Formatting Guidance
To format your text in the wiki, simply follow this guide:
Headings:
h1, h2, h3, h4 h5 e.g. <h1>This is a main heading tag</h1>
Bold / Italics
[b]Bold Text[/b], [i]Italisied Text[/i]
Linking to a page
I like to eat [[bananas]] will create a link to the page on bananas
Putting a file in a category
[[Category:Events]] puts the current page into Category Events
Putting text into a code block
[code]Code in here [code]
Creating a new page
To create a new page simply search for a page and click on edit this page.
Categories
So far the following categories exists in the Wiki: Category Listings
You can create your own or add an existing article to a category simply by using the following
